The detection pillar focuses on delivering timely, reliable, and repeatable data, using a combination of emerging technologies and harmonised methodologies. From remote sensing and camera traps to eDNA and AI-assisted image recognition, OneSTOP is building an integrated approach to strengthen Europe’s early warning and rapid response systems. This includes creating reference materials and deploying innovative tools through co-designed workflows in Living Labs across the continent.
